Step 1: Pre-Wrap

A base of industrial strength stretch film to prevent the infestation of boring and ship worms, otherwise known as the "termite of the sea".

Step 2: Polypropylene Sleeve

Layer of polypropylene wrap to protect the inner layer from any tears and deprive the piling of any light source that the worm's need to survive.

Step 3: Stainless Steel Nails

Fasten the outer layer with a tight line of stainless steel nails spaced 2-3" apart to prevent any growth from penetrating the seams.

Boring/Ship Worms

"Termites of the Sea"
